I started picking things up last month. We only have a few more things to pick up and will likely be finished by mid December.

I'm pretty much DONE!
I started in August, and besides a playskool slide and little people Farm I'm totally done with Audrey's
I got DH two things, I need to get him one or two more plus his stocking.
I am getting my mom and grandpa family photos and a calender
DH's dad is getting a 6 pack that I'm decorating to look like reindeer aka "reinbeer" and DH's grandma is getting wine.
besides that we do a secret santa that we spend 30$ on, which is usually gift cards.

We have picked up a few things. We don't have very good hiding places in this house though.

I picked up a few small things, still have tons to get though! I'd say I will do all of mine in one shot in Dec! Money is pretty tight here right now :S

We are keeping it very low key this year. Money is super tight because DH is in school. I'm pretty crafty and thinking homemade gifts.

I made this for my nephew last year.. (Lego table)

And I made this for my niece... (Quiet book)

I'm super tight on money as well right now. I honestly don't have a clue if I'll be able to afford any gifts so may just have to bake treats or something. Not ideal but it may have to happen.

I have some shopping done already - mostly things I got from garage sales for the girls. We are doing mostly homemade gifts this year as well, and I always bake a ton.
