Do you cook differently or eat differenly in preparing to ttc?

I don't. I probably should.

today:

Breakfast: I had a spoonfull of my mommy's gravy, 1 egg with cheese, and 2 tiny lil biscuits...I mean they were 2 bites each!

Lunch: Not sure yet, but it will involve tylenol and a popsicle! most likely a chicken sandwich with some chips.

dinner: good question. Probably chicken noodle soup

I'm trying to eat better, but it's definitely not easy. I've been cooking a lot more in the past six months and that's good.

Today I had:

Breakfast: 1 orange (I wasn't hungry)

Lunch: Whole wheat fusilli with homemade meat sauce + small yogurt

I already made dinner because I'm working tonight. I'm bringing half with me at work and Chris will eat the rest when he gets home tonight. I made chicken breasts, with roasted potatoes and steamed carrots.

I've just started to eat better, and I'm watching my calories/portions and doing small exercises.

Breakfast: 8 frozen mini tacos (it was less calories than 2 eggo minis)
Lunch: Sandwich with wheat bread and some sliced cheese
Snack: Tuna and crackers
Dinner: Ham and macaroni and cheese

I've had Zone perfect bars and water all day long because I ate such crap this weekend, but I'll probably go to the student center and get a chicken wrap in a while.

Oh, I had granola and yogurt for lunch. Monday night we don't together, so it's just whatever I feel like I want (or should) eat.

I am trying to eat! I have no craving for food really ever. I am scared if I don't learn to eat meals that my poor kids will have no choose but to eat like me (i eat like my mom....nothing all day then dinner). So i am trying to make myself eat three meals/snacks a day. I am doing ok. And i try to eat healthy, hard to do when you don't have a kitchen lol (remember I live in hotels while traveling)
