While they showed that the mom caffeine consumption did not seem to affect the baby's sleet pattern at night, I wonder if there were effects during daytime napping.

This being, it is great that babies did not end up sleeping less at night apparently.

Thanks for neat info! Its interesting that the children did not seem affected. Though, my children seem to be wired (eyes wide open, hyper laughing, and shaky) when I drink coffee. It usually hits them about 8 hrs after I have my cup, and I assume its because it takes that long to get into the milk, and though sleep overpowers them eventually my youngest gets bad gas/colic those nights that Ive had it. So, if you feel it may be affecting their comfort or wellbeing, you may want to consider only using when necessary.
