Refusing to eat...
What do you do when your LO refuses to eat? I don't know if it is because of the same food over and over or if he is really just no going to eat but he will literally eat maybe two pieces of food at a meal. One example is at lunch today. When we make hotdogs we cut them in half then cut each half into quarters to make long skinny pieces. Danny ate about 2cm of one of the long skinny pieces and a 1.5 cm cubic chunk of cranberry sauce. That is all he would eat! No matter what I feed him he will just not eat hardly at all!!! We are seeing the nutritionist and his food diaries when he was eating more than this were borderline to not enough and now I don't even want to see what it would be. We were going to lower the amount of Neocate Jr that he had a day from 4-8oz cups to 4-4oz cups but now I don't think that will be an option since he won't eat hardly at all even with it lowered. Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!

Re: Refusing to eat...
Hmmm...I ate like that when I was little. I wasn't picky, I just didn't eat! My cousin was like that, too! We didn't gain for long periods. We're both very tall, and I eat just fine now. :) I have no idea what to suggest for you. I hope that someone else has good advice for you!

He is eating a little better, but now that we lowered the Neocate he is no longer staying the same but losing again...he is down to 23 lbs again...
