eerrr ok i am getting super frusrated i have worked out and been mindful of what i am eating and I am still gaining it won't count til friday but I have gained 3 lbs this week ugh

Well, I don't have a big fancy scale that weighs each 10th of a pound or anything :) BUT....I weighed this morning and it was 180 :cry: which means I've gained about 5 pounds over the holidays!

194.0 YAY!! only 4 more lbs until i break into the 180's :D

was 225 before having sydney.. hoping to get back down to 130 :D only 64 lbs to go!

I hope no one minds me joining! Let's see I've been trying to lose weight since my husband left. He left in September when I weighed 167. Not good at all! lol. I "offically " weigh myself once a month. So on Christmas I weighed 152. And just for you ladies I'll go weigh myself now. lol ...........now 150. Argh! I'd like to be about 144 when he comes back which is hopefully mid Feb. I hope I can!! So that is my short term goal my long term goal is 132 to 135 or so maybe less. lol

Thank you! I really hope so because I've hit this rut at about 150 before so I'm a little nervous!

Jannell - if you hit a rut, try changing your diet. not necessarily less food, but if you eat different foods or at different times - or change your activity level - it can trick your body!

I'm down this week from 165 to 163.8 and I didn't follow yesterday (ran out of SlimFast) and the night before that I had that AMAZING mexican food I made. Yay! I really wanted to get close to 155 when I leave - If I can lose 2 pounds per week, I can get around 157-158 :) That's almost 10 pounds
