I have a blood clotting disorder, it caused 4 previous miscarriages before I had my son. I'm on daily injections of lovenox, and hoping for another take home baby like my son!

Hi Tina and welcome to the high risk board

What is the name of your clotting disorder? Do you know?

Hope things go well for you too. You've had one baby So lets hope you can do it again.

How exactly are they following you for your pregnancy?

I have anti phospholipid antibody syndrome. I get an ultrasound a month to monitor baby's growth, I see a perinatologist every two weeks and then I'm also seen by a hematologist and rheumatologist. I had pre eclampsia with my son, but that was a side effect of my disorder, so I'm at high risk for it again this time around. Nicholas was 5 weeks early and 6 1/2 lbs, so hopefully we can avoid IUGR this time around also.
