Hi everybody,

I am very new to this board, but I am in serious need for help!

My doctor though my HCG level was very low and told me I probably would have a miscarriag eor an ectopic pregnancy. He ordered a ultra sound which showed us a healthy heartbeat for a six weeks pregnancy.

Well, my HCG is still low. I'll take another ultra sound next week, but my mind is really not working.

Any thoughts ?

Hi. I know this is long after your post, but I hope you still come on. I just found this site right now. I am over 6 months pregnant and fine, even though I am 40.
I want you to know I was told at the beginning that I had very low hcg levels and that my baby was not growing properly, and I was bleeding and cramping the first few months, but no matter what they said, I prayed and everything turned out fine, so don't listen. Just keep the faith girl.
And you know, there is also progesterone shots for women with low hcg levels that really help maintain a pregnancy.
They said I was gonna have a miscarriage probably and they were sooo negative I can't tell you, they had me sooo scared and messed up, and I didn't even have insurance, I just got it this week. And they told me all this ugly mess...but I didn' t want to hear that. And I didn't listen. And my baby is fine. Don't worry. Please post again and let me know how you are doing.
