Re: Freezer Meals
I didn't this time. Last time I made and froze, lasagna, stew, soups. All things that were easy to take out and pop in the oven.

This time I figure i'll just utilize my mom haha. She's 4 miles from my house we'll go eat there as often as we can

Re: Freezer Meals
My mom made us a bunch of stuff to freeze. We're really enjoying some breakfast burritos she made. Just scrambled eggs, cheese, ham, and hashbrowns wrapped in tortillas. Makes for a quick, filling breakfast that can be eaten with one hand! ;)

Re: Freezer Meals
With DS#1 i made- chili, chicken casserole, breakfast burritos, pancakes, chicken n dumplings and enchiladas.

This time around since our freezer is soooooooo small I'm only going to make- enchiladas, eggplant parmesan (freeze the leftovers when I make it around 39weeks or so.), maybe chicken 'n dumplings or chili, and some muffins.

Re: Freezer Meals
Last time I made chili & corn bread muffins, soup, stew, broccoli/chicken/rice/cheese casserole, Stuffed shells, mac and cheese, muffins, and bread.

This time, I've made bread, and keep trying to get other stuff done, but it's just not coming together as easily.

Sprinkle eggs, bacon and cheese in the middle of a tortilla. Fold tortilla sides over and place in a plate, seam side down on a dinner plate. Wow, I had no idea there was this much goodies that you could freeze! The first we had my mom staying with us so she just made us all of our meals, the second my MIL made us all of our meals and I have a feeling with the next one I will need freezer food!
