Ideas for grave
Hello I haven't posted in a long time here. Let me recap.

I lost my son Jakob 2 years ago. He was 4 years old and had special needs. We think he died due to a seizer but we really don't know for sure.

We buried him and have a wonderful spot for him to rest. Every year I try to do something special for his grave site. Like flowers in his age or something similar. Do any of you do something like that? What do you do if you do?

We had Madison cremated. We wanted to be able to bring her home. She spent 5 months and 2 days in the NICU. She never came home. It was important to us to bring her home. I sometimes wish we had a grave to go to. If I had a place I would probably bring mostly flowers. HUGS!

You know we actually wish we would have cremated as well because I hate that he isn't at home. So you prob did the right thing. We didn't know though.

Re: Ideas for grave
I lost my son 2 years ago this friday. I decided to have him burried so that I would have somewhere that I knew he would be forever. He was a twin and so with each milestone his twin brother has I try to go to the grave and do something special. We bring him chocolates at easter, and a stocking and toy at christmas, when we travel we pick up a little something for him just to make everyone feel like he is still part of the family

Re: Ideas for grave
We go to her grave and redecorate it every so often. That is enough for me, I will put down new chipped marble, and fix it up, remove rocks or weeds.
