Current weight: 191.6 (I was down to 189.8. I think AF is about to show up. ugh water weight)
Last week's weight: 192.7

Body fat:~35.7%
Last week's body fat: ~35.8%
Starting body fat: started measuring 5/20 35.8%
Total lost: 0.1% I'm not sure how accurate the scale is for body fat since I don't think I gained like 2lbs of fat since yesterday like it's telling me I did. :/

Measurements:I usually take measurements monthly so I'll just use the ones I have from 5/6/2013, and I take lots of different ones but I'll just post Bust, hips, and waist

I am starting over with my measurements as I just got a new measuring tape (a MyoTape)...I also think I might have been measuring my waist in the wrong spot, so measuring in a different spot.

Measurements: (in inches)
Neck: 12.5
Bust: 34
Waist: 31.5
Hips: 38
Biceps: 10
Wrist: 6
Thighs: 20
Calves: 14
Total Inches: 166

Last week's measurements: Using my old tape measure, (and thinnest spot on my waist), my waist was 30, Biceps 11, and Thighs 22.25 inches. Everything else measured the same.
Starting measurements: Today's:
Neck: 12.5
Bust: 34
Waist: 31.5
Hips: 38
Biceps: 10
Wrist: 6
Thighs: 20
Calves: 14
Total Inches: 166

118 lbs this week.
21.9% fat
down 1 lb from last week.

Current weight: 219.1 (I admit to being 1 pound heavier today, but AF is showing up, so I'm not counting it. I've also gained 1 full inch in bloat. being a woman is so fun *sarcasm*)

Starting body fat unknown. Body fat on 5/25/13t: 41%

Total inches lost: 5.25 overall inches.

June 1 Measurements:
wrist: 6
forearm: 10
upper arm: 13 (new didn't previously track this)
neck: 13
waist: 31.5
hips: 42.5
thigh: 25
calf: 15.5
chest: 32.5 (below) 39 (across)

2 inches lost during the month of May
13 inches lost since I started tracking them (some in December, some in February, some in April...)
