I did a cardio DVD called Intensity! It's really hard but always makes me feel so accomplished when I get done. Took me around 50 minutes to complete it.

And days 1-3 in a mini circuit of the abs and squat challenge.

Day 3 of the Squat and Ab Challenge complete-also completed my Arm Challenge and Push Up challenge I created for myself

30mins on ellipitcal done so far....

402 calories total burned

want to burn at least 398 more calories today

I got up early and ran 2.5 miles. Tonight I'm going to go to a 45 minutes CORE FX fitness class. All I know about it, is that it's going to be a killer workout. I'm excited!

I was just so happy to workout today. It wasn't my best workout because I wasn't feeling my best but I did it! One hour of strength training - lower body

I started the squat challenge today and did that. I'm hoping to do the crunch challenge later. I'm about to do the 2 mile high calorie burn dvd.

^See my post above. I now just finished Insanity Plyometric Cardio Circuit. It was 42 minutes and I burned 331 calories. Yeah, 2 workouts in 1 day----pretty sure I will be sore tomorrow....I just didn't know if I was going to get in a workout tomorrow. Now if I don't, then it's ok since I did 2 today :P
