Post your goals for the week here. Also let me know if you accomplished your goals from last week.
And if I have anyone on the wrong level could you please let me know. (Kristy I'm not sure if I have you on the right level?

I will update this as people post to it.

How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

I did not :( I was a bit short on walking/running due to 1st birthday party preparations taking over my life!

This week:
- walk/run 25km
- 10 glasses of water a day
- one glass of milk a day

500 crunches

I'm really hoping to move to level 3 this week!! I've taken a break the last 2 weeks due to many things so this week I want to accomplish my goal!

Do 500 squats
250 crunches
100 push-ups
hand weights at least 2 days

I didn't even post any goals last week because I've been so sick but feeling better now or atleast a little bit.

Goals for this week:
1. workout atleast 3 days, one cardio, one strength and one circuit.
2. Drink a gallon of water each day. I had been having a hard time drinking water but someone suggested that I drink water with some orange juice in it so I've been putting a splash of OJ in my water and it makes it so much easier to drink.

I accomplished my goals for last week. ^_^

This week my goals are the same (log food, run x3, weights x 2-3) with the addition of participating in the challenges. :)

I am making one goal for myself because I really need to get back on track. My goal is to complete all of the exercise challenges in the contest this week. I will make a bigger goal next week hopefully. I feel like I am falling apart with my fitness goals.

This week c25k 3 times
Walk/run 30 miles.
Do at least 4 workout challenges

I'm doing a challenge on ttc #1 as well...

So I will need to do 3 walks and 3 days of strength training exercises. If AF allows that'll be 3hrs walking plus 2 days of

option 2: 10reps x 3 sets horizontal dumbbell chest press
AND 30 squats (break these up as needed (I do 10x3sets)

and 1 day of

option 2: 10reps x 3 sets tricep kickback
AND 30 squats (break these up as needed (I do 10x3sets)

As well as drinking at MINIMUM 54 oz of water/sugar free beverage each day.
Loose calorie goal of 1400-1600 per day, but I'm not really counting.

I'm also hoping to keep up with the challenges on this board, as long as I don't push myself too far.

I'm jumping in here because #1 I REALLY need to focus on my health and #2 I need something to take my mind of TTCMA. :-)

I have a lot of weight to lose ... 100+ pounds so my goals may not seem like much:

Goals for this week:
1) Complete the exercise challenge every day and at least one other challenge
2) Track my food
3) Drink 64 oz (8 glasses of water) daily
4) Post in this forum every day for accountability

Looking forward to starting at level 1 and working my way up!

Drink at least 75oz water/day.
Strength train at least 4x.
Run at least 15K.

My goal this week

1. get back on track with eating
2. run 5k 2 more times this week, for a total of 4 times for a 7 day period
3. walk on the days i am not running (typically run every other day)

1. Keep track of diet in journal for the entire week, including calories and what exercises I did
2. Go for a run at least 2 times this week
3. Drop under 170 lbs at Friday weigh-in
