well there isn't a thread so is it okay I post it here?

I did a horrible job eating today (due to no food in house and no money LOL)

breakfast: a cup of hot tea and a slice of peanut butter toast

snack: mac salad

lunch: about a cup of spanish rice

dinner: chicken with beans and corn over white rice

snack: a little bit more mac salad and some french fries LOL

and all I drank today other than that one cup of tea was water so far 4 24oz glasses working on glass 5 now

Overnight snack: GF granola bar
Breakfast: Special K Protein Drink
Lunch: Chicken & rice soup
Snack: Van's GF say cheese crackers
Snack: vanilla roast almonds 100 cal pack
Snack: rice krispie treat
Dinner: 2 slices homemade GF pepperoni pizza
Snack: banana
Snack: handful of hot tamales candy

Planned snacks: 100 cal popcorn & individual serving vanilla ice cream

Sounds like a lot...but it's below my calorie allowance by about 150 cal.

Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with mushrooms
Lunch: 1 serving of Progresso beef pot roast soup and a grilled cheese sandwich
Snack: Cheese stick and a couple pieces of parade candy
Supper: Sausage pasta bake and some tortilla chips
Drinks: 1 sprite and a gallon of water

Please don't judge, I've been dealing with nausea...

Breakfast: Mcdonalds bacon and egg mcmuffin, hashbrown and OJ
Lunch: sushi date (only ate cooked and low mercury items ;) and a focus on veggies)
Dinner: pulled pork on bread, mixed veg, chocolate milk
Snack: popcorn and gingerale

Break Fast: peanut butter and jelly on WW; small apple

Dinner: 7oz NY strip steak; large bowl salad greens w/ vinaigrette; blueberries; chocolate almond milk

Snack: ice cream

Dinner: crockpot buffalo chicken with cheese and sour cream. Broccoli
Snack: low carb mousse
