8/29 Thursday Challenge 2
Exercise challenge for today. Focus on abs and back. Worth 5 points.
If any of the exercise are too difficult or need to be modified, you can replace them with another ab or back exercise of your choice. You can do this in a circuit or do the exercises separately and work them into your regular routine.
5 planks (30-60 seconds)

25 alternating oblique crunches (see link here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7sDp4L9rv1E)
25 reverse crunches
20 supermans (see link here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cc6UVRS7PW4

done on top of the 250 crunches I set for myself to do today LOL I am gonna be sore tomorrow!!! LOL
