Single baby dreams
Just curious... did any of you have only dreams about single babies while pregnant with twins? I've had a few dreams about labor and delivery and other early mommy-hood things, but so far all the dreams have had only one baby in them.

I'm trying not to read into it, but just wondering if its more normal than I realize. I'm hoping it's just my head not having any experience with twin newborns, but just weird....

Re: Single baby dreams
I had the opposite dream...I would be in a room full of crying babies in car seats and I didn't know which one to go to first

I would think it is normal...your whole life you have pictured one baby at a time, and it is hard to imagine two babies when you have no real-life experience with it. Heck mine are a year old now and sometimes I'm still taken aback when I open the nursery door in the morning and there are two little monkeys jumping up and down in their cribs :giggle:

I wouldn't read too much into it! Its hard to imagine life with two! I'm still not sure I understand and I've been through 4 babies already! I have one baby down! It will be an adventure with two! I'm sure twins for your first is parenting by fire!

Re: Single baby dreams
Before I knew I was having twins, I had a dream that I was pregnant with quints. There were ID twins and frat trips. The twins told me that I could take them out and have them after the trips. I then jumped from a helicopter, to swim up a hill, to go to the hospital, which was a Target, to have my triplets. I wouldn't read too much into any pregnancy dreams.
