other languages
Does your child speak any other languages than english?

My kids speak English, but they either talk to fast or don't use complete sentences. I say they speak Ryanease and Liamease.

I did Latin with my olders, but haven't really started with little ds. He gets as far as "amo, amas, amat" but can't really retain "amamus, amatis, amant" for more than a few hours.

We started when dd was in third grade and ds was in first and dd seems to have retained more as an adult, so I'm trying to wait until little ds is in third.

As far as "living" languages go, he knows a smattering of Spanish and French, but not enough to carry on much of a conversation.
