Hey Ladies

I thought I would share a way to keep your cricut mat sticky. Its a product called "Easy Tack". Its a repositionable adhesive that will keep your cricut mat sticky!! Hope it helps anyone who has a cricut, nice to be able to put money towars other things like the cartridges then getting mats. :bluecheer:

just be careful some of the products like that void the warranty on the machine. i use a baby wipe on mine and it works great and doesnt void the warranty

I have tried baby wipes and it doesn't seem to work for me?!!? The scrapbook store here uses it and haven't found a problem because it doesn't gum up your blade or anything of that matter. Anyways just a helpful suggestion :D

thanks for the tip. I tried baby wipes too and it worked a few times, but then the mat really got grungy and wouldn't stick well after that. I had to throw it out and I'm using a new one now. It's super expensive for me as I get it shipped from the US.

I will have totry the baby wipes, I have lots of those.

How much does the Easy Tack cost and where do you get it?

^ I was just going to ask that! I use my mat at work once during a shift and it is shot, I hate that!

here in Canada its $12 for a spray can size of it! The lady at the scrap store said she has used hers for 6 months and has only used half of the can. And she teaches all the classes so just imagine how much she uses hers! She is sooo impressed with it and for the price you can't go wrong.
