Qqotd for 11/23

What has been the most satisfying moment of achievement for you in your life so far?

Besides anything involving my daughter?
Bringing her home was huge, and successfully breastfeeing her even after not being near her for a week. It's amazing the bond her and I have :wub:

Getting this job is pretty big for me. I worked hard to get this job, and I'm still in awe as I sit there and take it all in.

My most satisfying is graduating college with my AA while pregnant with Ryan.

I want to go back to school, but I am not sure in what field I want to major in.

Being a mom.... of THREE! LOL. Truly when Emerson was born safe and sound, I was so thrilled.

I feel that I am still hiking up that hill right now, but the top is not too far off. I cant wait to see the view after Truett arrives.

Well honestly finding my husband and then having our boys.

Its all I ever wanted in life and I began to feel like it wouldnt happen cuz I was getting older and everyone around me was already there.

So when I was 30 and it all happened super fast...it was very satisfying.

Re: Qqotd for 11/23
I thought it was having my kids...and tha tis big, relaly big...but then there are things that seem small, but aren't.

The other day my 5 yr old got pinched by another kid & he got REALLY angry & he said with gritted teeth "HEY!" and I almost steppe din thinking it might get ugly & instead (with gritted teeth) he said "Hands are for clapping & hands are for tickling & hands are for holding & hands are for high 5's - they are NEVER for hurting"..." So you want to give me a high 5 or something?" I wanted to laugh & & bust at the seems with pride. I could tell he really wanted to react, but instead he chose to do what he knew was right. I finally found out I am not ignored...even when it feels like it. I think having these boys will prove to me I might just be more proud of their accomplishments than I will ever be of my own. Is that even healthy? LOL
