I need opinions PLEASE!
Okay so Im on bc but about a week before I had sex I missed a pill and I don't take it at the exact same time just anytime at night that I remember. Then I had sex and he finished in me but I had a period the next day bc I had taken the sugar pills so does that even count as a period? And so should I take a test to make sure or is there even any possibility of me being pregnant since I had a period?

You're very likely not pregnant, but you can get a pregnancy test at the dollar store so it doesn't hurt to check just to be safe. In the meantime I recommend just staying on prenatals if you're sexually active so that if you do get pregnant unexpectedly your tiny baby is getting the vitamins he or she needs for early development.

Just make sure to take the test while on your sugar pill days. Most bc pills can cause false positives.

But the sugar pills make you start your period bc they don't have hormones so I could take a test while I'm bleeding?

I just got off so it would be another month from now if I don't find out before. Should I stop taking my bc all together?

Yes, you would need to take it while bleeding. Or if the bleeding doesn't show up take it then. The pills trick your body into thinking it's pregnant, which is why a false positive is very likely during the hormone pill days.

No stay on it. You most likely are not pregnant, you having your period is a pretty good indication of that. Just wait, and test, or talk to your doctor about getting a more accurate test from them.
