Texas Mom Gives Birth to 16-Pound, 2-Foot Long Baby

They say “everything’s bigger in Texas,” but nobody was expecting Janet Johnson’s baby to be quite this big.  Johnson, who was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during her pregnancy, was expecting to deliver her baby by cesarean section due to his size, but was expecting him to be around 12 lbs, according to a Fox News report.

"When they pulled the baby out, they could tell that he was huge," Janet told CBS News affiliate KYTX. "And then they weighed him."  Baby JaMichael Brown weighed in at 16 lbs., 1 oz., and was a whopping 24 inches long!
