Berries are a good source of vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid, omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and manganese. Vitamin K is essential for blood clotting and manganese aids in bone development amongst other things. Put these together and you have a wonderfully delicious healthy snack!
