Labor Inducing Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

Romaine lettuce
Watercress
Red cabbage
Balsamic vinaigrette
Extra virgin olive oil
Gorgonzola cheese

Directions:

Rinse and drain equal parts of Romaine lettuce, watercress, and red cabbage. Then tear into bite size pieces.

Toss greens together. Lightly cover salad with Balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

Toss and sprinkle crumbled Gorgonzola cheese on top.

Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

To make dressing whisk together 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil with 1/3 cup of Balsamic vinaigrette (or 1 part Balsamic vinaigrette to 3 parts extra virgin olive oil).
