Fabulously Easy Holiday Appetizers
Add a little color to your holiday menu by serving up spinach and artichoke dip with red and blue corn tortilla chips. To make the dip, start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix together 1 (10 oz) package of frozen chopped spinach, 1 (14 oz) can of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped), 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, and 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese. Transfer mixture into baking dish and bake in oven for 15-25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Top with grated Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese.
