Bill and Giuliana Rancic Expecting First Child Via Gestational Surrogate

(May 8, 2012) Bill and Giuliana Rancic are expecting their first baby via a gestational surrogate.  Giuliana hosts the popular entertainment news show, E! News. 

Giuliana had a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery after being diagnosed with breast cancer. 

After struggling with infertility, a miscarriage, and failed IVF, the couple is finally pregnant via a gestational surrogate.  The actress told the Today show, "We've been trying for so long, we've been through so much, and, especially we just had such a hard year last year with the breast cancer and everything and to finally get that call from the doctor of, you're pregnant -- or, you're having a baby!”
