Victoria's Secret siren and "Project Runway" head honcho Heidi Klum revealed her post-pregnancy, already-svelte shape at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in New York Thursday.
Us Weekly talked to the super mom, who just gave birth five weeks ago, about her strategy to get back into shape!
Klum tells the mag that she still needs to lose at least 20 pounds, which will just take some time. "I wouldn't say I'm back in shape yet. But I don't know, everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one. Now, being 36 with the fourth one, it's different."
Klum also says that running around after the kids is her main form of exercise: "I don't exercise too much ... I walk. I walk on the treadmill a little bit. I walk on the driveway. I'm very active with the children. When you have three children and two boys, they're very active. They want to do a lot of things. But you know when you breastfeed, when you eat right, you move around a little bit, that usually does the job."
