Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar welcomed their 19th child into the world on Thursday in Arkansas.

People.com reports that their new daughter, named Josie Brooklyn, came early, and was delivered via c-section. She weighed in at 1 lb., 6 ounces.

The mag revealed that Michelle was taken to the OR and had an emergency c-section, as she was already in the hospital recovering from a gallstone.

According to a statement given to People, the baby is in stable condition and will be in the NCIU for extended care. "The most important thing right now is for mom and baby Josie to get as much rest as possible. The family is grateful for all the prayers and well wishes during their recovery."
